Ordering
Do you have a minimum order quantity? No! We print any quantity — from a single item right through to a full team kit. No minimums, no fuss.
How do I place an order? You can order directly through our online store, send us an enquiry via our Contact page, or visit us at our Smeaton Grange showroom and we'll sort it out in person.
Can I order for a group or team? Absolutely. We work with sports clubs, businesses, and community groups all the time. Get in touch and we'll make the process as easy as possible.
Turnaround & Delivery
How long does it take to get my order? Every order is completed within 7 days of artwork approval. Once your design is approved, we get straight to work.
Do you offer pickup? Yes! You're welcome to pick up your order from our showroom at Unit 2, 8-20 Anderson Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567.
Do you deliver? Yes, we offer delivery Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location.
Artwork & Design
What file formats do you accept for artwork? We prefer high-resolution files such as AI, EPS, PDF, or PNG (300dpi or higher). If you're unsure, just send us what you have, and we'll let you know if it'll work.
What if I don't have a design? No problem — our team offers design assistance for a small fee to help get your artwork print-ready. Just tell us what you're after and we'll work with you to bring it to life.
Will I see a proof before printing? Yes. We'll always send you an artwork proof for approval before we start printing. Your order won't go to print until you've given the green light.
Printing & Embroidery
What printing method do you use? We use commercial direct-to-film (DTF) printing, which delivers vibrant, durable prints on a wide range of garments and promotional items. We also offer in-house embroidery for a premium, professional finish.
What's the difference between DTF printing and embroidery? DTF printing is ideal for detailed, full-colour designs and works on most fabric types. Embroidery is stitched directly into the garment, giving a high-end, textured look — great for text on polos, caps, and workwear.
What can you print on? We print on t-shirts, hoodies, singlets, headwear, bags, and a range of promotional items. We have solutions for most soft and hard surfaces to print on. Visit our store to browse the full range or contact us to confirm if we can achieve what you require.
Pricing
How much does custom printing cost? Pricing depends on the garment/item, print size, and quantity. Get in touch or visit our showroom for a personalised quote — we'll find the right option for your budget.
Are there any setup fees? No setup fees on DTF although UV DTF and Embroidery options may incur a small setup fee.
General
Do you have a physical store I can visit? Yes, our showroom is located at Unit 2, 8-20 Anderson Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. No appointment needed — just drop in during business hours.
What brands do you stock? We proudly stock AS Colour, as well as a broad range of suppliers including Bisley, Hard Yakka, King Gee, Aussie Pacific and Legend Life — covering all budgets and needs.
