Terms and Conditions

1. Orders

All orders are custom made based on the artwork, text, and specifications provided by the customer. Please carefully review your order before confirming, as production begins shortly after payment is received.

2. Artwork Approval

By approving your artwork or design proof, you confirm that all spelling, layout, colours, and design elements are correct. We are not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.

3. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos, trademarks, or images submitted for printing. You agree to indemnify Creative Printing & Apparel against any claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement.

4. Colours

Printed colours may vary slightly from colours displayed on computer monitors or mobile devices due to differences in screen calibration and the printing process.

5. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing an order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

6. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs before approving a replacement or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, consumers are entitled to remedies for products that fail to meet the consumer guarantees.
