Refund Policy

At Creative Printing & Apparel, all of our T-shirts are custom made to order. As each item is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer errors.

Refunds and Replacements

We will provide a refund or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The printed design differs from the artwork approved by the customer.

• You receive the wrong item.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs showing the defect or error.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will advise whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

• Incorrect spelling, colours, images, or design details supplied or approved by the customer.

• Minor colour variations between on-screen previews and the printed product.

• Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
